SERVICE DELAYS

ZCLB Leather Impex is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.

Delivery time frames depend on where you want the item to be delivered.

Inside Dhaka,

We deliver across the Dhaka City within 3 working days.

Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh,

We delivery all major cities across the country via 3rd party courier as like as Sundarban, SA Paribahan.

Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed order and get confirmed before 5 PM], Saturday through Thursday. If an order is placed after 5pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
